Legacy Homes Team
Raises Funds for MS

Legacy/Meritage Homes and the San Antonio Spurs teamed up for the MS Walk, raising $48,000. Their team, “Tammy’s Team,” was named in honor of Tammy Bookbinder, who has lived with MS for over 10 years.

 
Hallmark Named Operations VP
for Imagine Homes

Imagine Homes, San Antonio’s only “green” volume ome builder, announces the addition of
Troy Hallmark as vice president of operations.

Hallmark has held management positions in sales, mortgage lending and construction with several San Antonio builders and real estate companies. He also created Medallion Homes in the mid-1990s with current Imagine Homes principals John Friesenhahn and Jim Bastoni.
Most recently, Hallmark was president of the San Antonio Division of Armadillo Homes. He has also been director of sales and marketing with Connell Barron Homes, and he worked as a loan officer for Real Mortgage.

At Imagine Homes, Hallmark oversees sales, marketing and various operations to promote “green” living.

“I share Imagine Homes’ commitment to its customers and community and to building healthy energy-saving homes,” says Hallmark. He has served on the board of directors of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association and the San Antonio Board of Realtors and as a member of Young Leaders for the San Antonio Real Estate Council.
